AVO is short for avocado. The concept is for a healthy food restaurant in Mexico. In the fast-casual segment, AVO seeks to stand out with a youthful, happy, fresh and dynamic spirit. The project has strong technological foundations to make each process more efficient so the food can arrive perfectly at its destination.

The design plays with the shape of the avocado using its outline. The lines of the character are based on organic curves that make reference to joy and kindness, which is the feeling that our bodies experiment when we eat healthy food. The start-up tech design language of fluid and legible shapes was adopted.

Color and typography prototypes were made to express the brand identity. The first sketches were focused on the avocado seen in a more cartoonish aesthetic and evolved to become a character aimed to all ages.
